4: Growing Up and Moving Up

It's been hard having our first baby to deal with the surroundings. She's always upset and needed to wake us up in the middle of the night so we decided to finally build a real house. We now had the funds anyway.

So here is our new house! I'm so happy that we're finally under a roof. It's still somewhat hollow and all but we're saving up for some furniture and we're almost there you'll see!

Dave and I were interrupted with the notification "Ceana's birthday is 2 days away. Why not buy her a birthday cake and celebrate". We were so busy with work that we almost forgot our little baby is finally growing up. We bought a birthday cake and witnessed her grow into an adorable toddler.

She was so beautiful. I just wonder where she got black hair when both her parents have brown.

Dave and I took turns on teaching Ceana to talk and walk. I insisted on teaching her how to use the potty.

We need to upgrade the house and prepare a room for our firstborn on her childhood years, so this is how our house looks like at the moment.

Then the day finally came when little Ceana was up and ready for a bigger world. She told me she was ready to hit school and get high grades.

This is Ceana on her first day going to school. I can see she's a little nervous but definitely excited.
